CLUB IMPROVEMENTS: “NORMS”
TO BETTER OUR CLUB…
· Build Membership
· Ensure the Toastmaster role is filled prior to ending the meeting.
· The Toastmaster contacts members to fill the other open roles.
· If you can't fulfill the duties of the role you signed-up for, it is your responsibility to find a replacement before the meeting.
· Communicate any changes to the Toastmaster for the next meeting.
These
"norms" will help build stronger meetings, let everyone learn how to
set-up meetings and will not overwhelm our VP-Education so she can focus on our
Education (and hers)!
